Job Description

C&O Services Inc, a fast paced and growing REO renovation company is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for residential construction to join our team! The candidate would be a key member of our team that is responsible for simultaneously managing all aspects/trades of a residential renovation for a multitude of projects. This is a Full Time Office position and all coordination is done from office location. Salary will depend on experience level.
Responsibilities:
Manage residential renovation projects from pre-construction through final completion Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates via phone, email, and in-person meetings Define, organize, and manage approved scopes of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contracts Coordinate and oversee all trades, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Develop, maintain, and actively manage project schedules, including milestones, forecasts, and critical deadlines Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, conflicts, and job site challenges Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and maintaining profitability targets Prepare, review, and approve change orders, ensuring clear communication and documentation with clients Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety compliance, and adherence to plans and specifications Coordinate inspections, permits, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff Oversee quality control processes and ensure timely completion of punch list items Resolve project issues, client concerns, and scope changes efficiently and professionally Manage project closeout, including final walkthroughs, documentation, and client sign-off
Qualifications:
Proven project management experience in residential construction or renovation (Preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and budgets Ability to coordinate subcontractors and/or in-house construction teams Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through Financial literacy, including budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships Ability to analyze problems, assess risks, and make sound, timely decisions Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and construction/project management software daily Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes of work, and specifications Knowledge of residential building practices, codes, and permitting processes preferred Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
