Water MItigation Manager ServiceMaster by Elevate is looking for an experienced Manager to oversee and organize all residential mitigation projects including water. mold and biohazard. Water Mitigation Manager Job Duties Mitigation management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Managers should have a background in Xactimate, management and business skills. Must have good computer skills. They should have excellent communication skills. A mitigation manager is skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. Responsibilities Meeting customers with a professional appearance and attitude Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process Manage relationships with customer and all parties involved. Establish and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, third parties and vendors. Track progress with daily communication and updates with your team and admin involved in the project. Final walk thru upon completion of all projects and secure customer satisfaction. On-Call is mandatory, schedule to be determined.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in mitigation restoration and/or other related fields, 3 year minimum Knowledge of Xactimate Knowledge of Symbility a plus Strong computer skills Excellent client and internal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong Time Management skills You might also have:
