Job Description

Job Overview Program Management and Technology Services, Inc. (PMTS) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Research and Development MRDC Office of Regulated Activities (ORA) at Fort Detrick, MD. The Project Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support, ensuring staff in-processing and out-processing, property accountability, tasker tracking, and supply/equipment management are executed on time and accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels across DHA and Army organizations. Responsibilities Coordinate in-processing and out-processing of contractor and government staff per applicable policies, including training arrangements and security clearance workflows Track all organizational taskers assigned to ORA; collect data by suspense dates and report to leadership on time Prepare supply and equipment purchase requests; track requests through approval and receipt; ensure proper distribution Maintain current emergency contact information for all civilian, military, and contractor personnel Serve as the accountability representative during fire drills and building evacuations Support periodic physical inventories of Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFE/GFP) Support primary and sub-hand receipt holders in investigating inventory discrepancies and preparing Financial Liability Investigation documentation packages Conduct market research via CHESS, GSA, and other government and commercial sources as directed Support the Acquisition Management Liaison Officer (AMLO) in responding to taskers and assisting CORs with system access documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Associate's degree with 4+ years equivalent experience considered Minimum 2 years of administrative or project coordination experience in a federal government or military environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint Effective interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a

Public Trust investigation Preferred Qualifications Experience at a DoD or Army medical research installation (USAMRDC, WRAIR, or Fort Detrick preferred) Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Army property accountability procedures Experience coordinating in-processing for cleared personnel and managing GFE inventory Knowledge of DoD correspondence standards and Army records management regulations
Pay:
$58,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year
