This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, accountability and mentorship. Someone who can balance project deadlines with people development and set the standard for excellence in the field. What You'll DoLead Projects:
Manage all phases of assigned projects, scope, schedule, budget, and execution ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.Drive Quality:
Conduct site visits, verify installation standards and ensure all work meets code and manufacturer requirements.Mentor & Motivate:
Lead and support installation teams, fostering professionalism and teamwork. Everyone pushes the broom.Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Sales, Estimating and Operations to plan, forecast and deliver successful installations.- Represent the
Brand:
Be the face of Comm-Tronics on-site, maintaining strong partner relationships and upholding our reputation for trust, experience and quality.- Close with
Precision:
Manage project documentation, RFIs and closeout packages to ensure seamless handoff and long-term partner satisfaction. What We're Looking For- Strong leadership and project management in low-voltage or construction environments.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- A partner-focused mindset that embodies Comm-Tronics' Core Beliefs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience Access Control and Video Surveillance projects (required).
- Education or certification in Project or Construction Management (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency with project management tools and documentation systems.
- Ability to travel regionally (MD, DC, DE, VA).
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
