Job Description

Project Manager
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Coordinate and support internal resources for the execution of the assigned projects. Responsibility for resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan and recommend course corrections to the plan as required, drive decisions to closure with project team and all stakeholders and build the results into updated plans. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress. Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs from project handoff to project ship date. Use appropriate management tools, communication plans and risk management techniques to create rigor in project planning and execution. Manage and coordinate the relationship with clients, third parties, and vendors. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Establish a measurement and reporting framework to review progress with key stakeholders and upper management as needed. Coordinate communications and technical support between FLC and the customer. Manage the Machine Revision Estimate (MRE) process with Proposal Engineering, as required to add customer options. Understand and practice appropriate safety procedures; participate in and support FLC safety program and campaigns. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Fives Landis Corp. an industry leader to customers, suppliers, professional colleagues and employees. Other duties as assigned.
This position requires a Masters degree in Engineering Management or Project Management.
