In person (Maryland Warehouse) EKC Enterprises, Inc. is opening a new warehouse in Maryland. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to organize operations and keep our outbound installation teams on schedule. Headquartered in Fresno, CA, EKC Enterprises is a low-voltage integration company specializing in Audio/Video, physical security, and structured cabling. This role acts as the operational hub for the Maryland facility, ensuring field technicians have the schedules and materials required to complete installations.
Responsibilities Scheduling & Team Coordination Team Scheduling:
Track technician resource allocation to ensure outbound installation teams remain on schedule.
Material Tracking:
Monitor the ordering, receiving, and staging of low-voltage materials (cabling, ProAV components, security hardware) to prevent deployment delays.
Documentation:
Create project documentation, including installation schedules, scope summaries, and material manifests.
Travel Logistics:
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, vehicles) to align with deployment dates for field teams.
Administration & Quality Control Project Closeouts:
Review project completion documentation, including customer sign-offs, inventory reports, and installation quality checklists.
Procurement & Billing:
Prepare invoicing documentation for accounting and process purchase requisitions for PO generation.
Reporting & Compliance:
Run ad hoc reports on project progress, track staff certifications, and review field expense submissions.
Requirements Credentials:
Valid driver's license required.
Experience:
Experience in project coordination, inventory, logistics, or administration with a focus on team scheduling.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with inventory concepts and warehouse logistics. Experience in low-voltage, ProAV, structured cabling, or security installation environments is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel/Sheets). Experience with ERP or inventory software is a plus.
Skills:
Organization and communication skills to align installation teams, warehouse staff, and management. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders and lifts.
