Job Description:

Manage endtoend delivery of cards projects credit debit prepaid commercial cards digital cards Drive project planning estimation scheduling tracking and reporting Lead crossfunctional teams across business operations risk compliance and technology Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and according to defined scope Conduct risk assessment mitigation planning and issue resolution Cards Domain Expertise Oversee functional areas such as Card onboarding lifecycle management Credit decisioning underwriting workflows Transaction processing settlements disputes Enhancements to card platforms digital wallets tokenization Regulatory compliance requirements

PCI AML KYC

Support product enhancements and process improvements within the Cards portfolio Stakeholder Vendor Management Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and success metrics Work closely with technology and development teams to convert requirements into deliverables Manage relationships with issuing processors payment networks and external vendors Facilitate workshops requirement discussions and weekly governance meetings Business Analysis Requirements Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements Develop BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process flows Support testing phases including SIT UAT and production validation Governance Reporting Ensure adherence to project governance PMO standards and compliance protocols Prepare and present project status updates dashboards and executive summaries Track financials resource allocation and project change requests
