Join the Mars Roofing Team Mars Roofing is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a field-based sales position for someone who understands roofing, has hands-on roof inspection experience , enjoys working with customers, and knows how to turn qualified opportunities into completed roofing projects. You don't have to rely solely on cold prospecting. Mars Roofing invests in marketing and provides leads to our sales team. Self-generated leads are also welcomed and encouraged, giving motivated sales professionals additional opportunities to build their pipeline and increase sales.

Compensation Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year Compensation within the stated range will be based on experience, roofing knowledge, sales ability, and other job-related qualifications. What You'll Do Respond promptly to leads provided by the Mars Roofing marketing team. Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments and roof inspections. Perform professional roof inspections and identify damage, deterioration, leaks, and other roofing concerns. Take photographs, measurements, and detailed notes to document roof conditions. Meet with homeowners and property owners to discuss inspection findings and roofing needs. Recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Prepare and present estimates, proposals, scopes of work, roofing options, warranties, and pricing. Follow up consistently with prospective customers and outstanding estimates. Build strong customer relationships and confidently close roofing sales. Maintain accurate lead, customer, appointment, and sales information in the company's CRM/project management system. Coordinate accurate project information with our production and operations teams after a sale. Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales and project handoff process. Develop additional self-generated business through referrals, networking, community relationships, and approved prospecting. Meet established sales, revenue, closing, and performance goals. Company-Provided Leads Mars Roofing provides marketing-generated leads to our sales team. We invest in lead generation so our Project Managers can spend more time meeting customers, performing inspections, following up on opportunities, and closing business. We expect our sales team to respond quickly to assigned leads, maintain consistent follow-up, and accurately document activity in our CRM. Representatives may develop additional business through: Customer referrals Networking Previous customers Community relationships Property managers and real estate professionals Contractor and industry relationships Approved prospecting activities What We're Looking For Previous roof inspection experience is required.

Qualified candidates should have:

Previous experience performing roof inspections. Working knowledge of roofing systems, materials, components, and common roofing problems. Previous roofing sales, construction sales, exterior remodeling, or related sales experience preferred. Ability to safely conduct visual roof inspections and recognize repair or replacement needs. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Confidence presenting estimates, roofing options, and recommendations to customers. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Ability to independently manage multiple leads and appointments. Basic computer and smartphone skills and the ability to use CRM/project management software. Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented work habits. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation is required. Willingness and ability to travel throughout Mars Roofing's service area. Travel & Field Requirements This is a field-based position . Project Managers regularly travel to customer homes, businesses, and project locations throughout Maryland and Mars Roofing's designated service area. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to multiple customer appointments and jobsites during the workday. Because roof inspections are an essential part of this position, candidates must also be comfortable working outdoors, using ladders when properly trained and authorized, navigating construction areas, and accessing roofs when conditions allow for safe inspection.
