We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated. The Manager of Accountability & Projects supports the Processing Operations team with financial analysis, accounting, and projects that improve operations and ensure compliance. This role partners with Processing Operations department heads on key financial activities, data reporting, special and annual audits, and other compliance work. Working alongside the Director of Processing Operations, this position identifies process improvement opportunities, recommends enhancements, and supports implementation. This position is a member of the Leadership Council. The Manager of Accountability & Projects manages daily data transmission between software systems, checking for compliance or record errors, and liaises with Processing Operations department heads on data-related projects alongside Knowledge Management and Business Optimization. This role facilitates workflow development and Standard Operating Procedures, handles reconciliations for Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting, and supports financial services consultants on key initiatives. This position also supports special audits and assists the Finance Division with year-end audit tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate brings three years of accounting and data analysis experience. They demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills with a solid grasp of accounting principles, and work autonomously in ambiguous situations, running toward problems without being asked. They remain flexible, calm under pressure, and adaptive as priorities shift, serving as a model for team members, and communicate effectively with the ability to give candid, constructive feedback. Expert-level Excel proficiency is required, along with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and financial/accounting systems. This position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; a CPA/CMA or MBA is a plus. Past experience with the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), financial management services, and Self-Direction is a plus. This position is full-time, based in Linthicum, with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday during Fello office hours, along with limited night and occasional weekend meetings or events. This role requires moderate local travel and is eligible for Consecutive Moderate Telework. This position includes an award-winning total rewards (benefits) package and paid professional development opportunities.
