Job Description
Job Overview The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting construction projects from initiation to completion by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and work with the team to develop solutions. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits. Support procurement by coordinating material orders and deliveries. Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts. Maintain accurate records and reports on project milestones and performance.
