Responsibilities:
To assist in cleaning and sanitation for all food production, preparation and dishwashing areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Cleans all pots and pans for trayline and cafeteria food production according to assignment, following all department and sanitation procedures. Cleans and sanitizes all production areas and equipment properly, including ovens, steam kettles, grill, fryers, warmers, etc. Cleans all walls, floors, exhaust vents and ceiling tiles according to assigned schedule. Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and sanitary manner. Cleans three-compartment sink area, cart wash area, trash cans, trash room, etc. properly according to assigned schedule.

High school diploma or equivalent
Min:
USD $16.00/Hr.
Max:
USD $24.50/Hr.
Salary Information:
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
