Jr Program Manager Posted on May 29, 2025 May 29, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a Jr Program Manager who will support the planning, execution, and completion of aerospace and engineering programs. This role is responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in program management and a desire to grow in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. Position Responsibilities Project Coordination & Tracking Assist in managing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget alignment. Maintain and update Program Management Plans, project timelines, and risk registers. Support the coordination of weekly project meetings and documentation of action items. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with engineering, operations, finance, and quality teams to facilitate project execution. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent project communication and status updates. Support internal and customer-facing reviews and presentations. Reporting & Documentation Track project metrics and performance data to generate regular progress reports. Assist in the preparation of customer reports, dashboards, and post-project reviews. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a program or project management capacity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus. Comfortable in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
