Project Manager

About the

Role:

Lead a high-impact facility infrastructure project supporting the installation and commissioning of critical equipment at a major aerospace manufacturing site. As Project Manager, you will oversee cross-functional construction and facility activities, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, drive project execution, and ensure safe, efficient delivery from planning through startup. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key leader at the center of a complex industrial project with significant operational impact.

Here's a glimpse into your day to day:
  • Manage and coordinate all facility-side activities required to support the OEM installation, including civil, geotechnical, utilities, electrical, piping tie-ins, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure readiness for equipment installation, startup, and commissioning.
  • Ensure contractors are properly trained, supervised during site visits, and compliant with all safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with our internal EHS, Facilities, OPS team, and our landlord's EHS and facilities team.
  • Manage all coordination and communication during the project
  • Ensure compliance with proprietary and export-controlled information per client template requirements
  • Maintain schedule integrity and progress tracking.
  • Serve as client's delegated EHS coordination authority for project execution activities
  • Verify that all subcontractors comply with client EHS requirements prior to and during site work
  • Require and review Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), lift plans, lockout/tagout plans, confined space procedures, and hot work permits, as applicable
  • Coordinate safety reviews with client EHS personnel prior to major activities (rigging, demolition, autoclave installation, energization)
  • Immediately stop work and notify client in the event of unsafe conditions or non-compliance
    You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience
  • Experience managing multi-disciplined construction projects within industrial markets (chemical, refining, power generation, food/beverage, life sciences, etc.).
  • Prior experience managing construction project teams including superintendents, engineers, design teams, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
    Pay:

    $100,000-140,000 annually (depending upon experience).

    • Eligible for overtime pay
    • Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
