Field Assistant

Are you someone who loves being hands-on and seeing amazing homes come to life? JT Custom Builders is looking for a Field Assistant who's eager to learn, work hard, and grow with us. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who may not have construction experience yet but brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a career in the homebuilding industry.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Project Manager on new homes and large residential projects Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Receive and organize materials and deliveries Check on trade partners and report progress or issues Learn how projects are built from the ground up And more

A positive, dependable team player Willingness to learn and take initiative Enjoys working outdoors and on active job sites Interest in custom home building and remodeling Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
