Benefits package designed to support employee well-being and financial security About Our Client My client is a a leading general contractor specializing in high-profile commercial, institutional, and government projects in the DMV, hiring for an assistant project manager in the DC Metro area. Job Description Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion. Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocation. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise. Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and project updates. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project goals. Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making during the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with construction project coordination and management. Knowledge of project scheduling and resource allocation processes. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000. Permanent position with opportunities for professional growth.
