Your new roleAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Reporting to a Project Executive, you will serve as the primary point of coordination between field operations, subcontractors, clients, design teams, and senior leadership.
You will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, procurement, cost control, and client communications while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role also provides the opportunity to mentor project teams, manage complex challenges, oversee change management processes, and lead high-profile commercial, institutional, and government projects throughout the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of project execution from kickoff through completion
- Developing and maintaining CPM project schedules
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement, buyout, administration, and performance
- Monitoring project costs, forecasting, and profitability
- Managing pay applications, subcontractor payments, and invoicing
- Tracking procurement, fabrication, and material deliveries
- Leading project communications with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensuring job site safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Mentoring project engineers and other project team membersWhat you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
- Experience managing commercial, institutional, government, healthcare, higher education, or other complex construction projects
- Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and change management
- Experience with subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement management
- Ability to lead project teams, drive collaboration, and resolve complex project challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project schedules and budgetsWhat you'll get in return
- base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
