Restoration Project Manager

This company is looking for top candidates to fill their open position of Project Manager. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Restoration Project Manager with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration.

Requirements:
  • Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture.
  • Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.
  • Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
  • Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1-$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
  • Requires 3-5+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certified preferred and leadership of 5-10+ person crews.
Education:

High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
