Job description: Senior Project Manager Looking to add a
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
for the management of construction projects to our team.
Description:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the design, installation and service of HVAC and plumbing projects .
Responsibilities Include:
Draft proposals for new projects and track through award of project Set up and manage summary sheets for projects Work closely with clients to anticipate and avoid problems, and quickly solve problems if any arise Understand the client's needs and goals and that of his/her organization Assist in developing design approaches and concepts Work with client to develop additional work Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget Act as technical lead, while providing guidance and improving workflow processes Conduct routine site visits, maintain project database with necessary information, updates as well as timelines and other required documentation Coordinate with managers to schedule, plan and assign appropriate personnel Ability to problem solve through mechanical know-how and big picture thinking
