Project Management Lead Location:
Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE)
Work Environment:
Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized. Facility space restrictions may necessitate part-time or full-time telework.)
Clearance Required:
TIER 2: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)

Full-Time Salary Range:
$100,000 - $131,000 Knowesis is seeking a Project Management Lead to provide overarching portfolio management services for the center. This individual develops project management standards and directs operations to ensure that PHCoE's portfolio of technical initiatives is delivered efficiently. The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide overarching portfolio management services to the Center as a whole. Develop and apply project management methods, templates, tools, and procedures consistent with professional standards (e.g., PMBok) and industry best practices. Assist in monitoring and directing day-to-day operations of assigned programs to ensure policies are followed and goals are met. Provide expert guidance to project teams and coordinate resources across multiple initiatives to mitigate operational risks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. At least 6 years of professional project/portfolio management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Prior experience managing technical or research portfolios within the Defense Health Agency.
