Datacenter, Mission Critical and Commercial Construction Environments Role Overview:

• Develop and maintain project objectives and task for datacenter construction, focusing on telecom, OSP/ISP, conveyance, and low-voltage trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and track detailed CPM schedules, finances, labor, material etc.
• Coordinate with trades and subcontractors on progress and dependencies.
• Monitor critical path, delays, and provide schedule reports.

Requirements:

• Experience as project manager in datacenter or mission-critical construction.
• Strong knowledge of telecom/OSP/ISP/low-voltage trades preferred.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore and or Microsoft Office/project manager
