Position Summary Zeronet is seeking an Operations Coordinator to be the connective tissue of our back office supporting our Project Managers, Sales, and Operations team across customer service, procurement, inventory, and billing. You will work in our CRM and business software every day, keeping projects moving and customers informed. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with an expanding company to gain hands-on experience in the electrical, energy efficiency, and HVAC industry. Prior experience is a plus but not required. We will provide training and mentorship to help you succeed. What matters most is dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for customers answering questions, coordinating scheduling, and making sure clients feel taken care of from first call to final invoice Assist with procurement: sourcing materials, placing orders with vendors and suppliers, and tracking deliveries to keep projects on schedule Manage inventory: tracking materials and equipment, maintaining accurate counts, and flagging reorder needs before they become problems Support billing and invoicing, working with our finance team to keep accounts accurate and current Coordinate with utility companies on participation requirements for energy efficiency programs Keep our CRM and project records accurate and up to date clean data is how we deliver for our customers Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers, Sales, and the Operations team across active projects Take on new projects and responsibilities as they arise with real room to grow into this role as the company expands What We are Looking For A proactive, dependable team player who takes ownership and follows through Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail A customer-first mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning new software systems (CRM, procurement, and billing tools) and openness to feedback Embracing new technology and willing to take on new responsibilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework a plus Prior experience in customer service, procurement, office administration, or the construction trades is a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $50,000-$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience Full medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with company match Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced team Real opportunities for advancement as we expand into new service lines A supportive, collaborative environment where your contributions are noticed and rewarded Zeronet USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
