Q u alified candidates shall possess 3 to 20+ years of experience in the industry and a track record for delivering complex projects with minimal delays and emphasis on delighting the customer. It is important for a candidate to have a proven ability to manage a team, schedule and costs while focused on the safety and quality on the project. • The base salary range for this position represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations.

Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of the various factor identified above.
