If you or anyone you know is qualified or interested in the position listed below, please click "." The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of a commercial fire station renovation project. This individual will assist with project coordination, scheduling, subcontractor communication, documentation, and day-to-day project administration to help ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow their career in commercial construction management. This is a Contract to Possible Permanent position that will require being fully on-site in Arlington, VA .
Salary:
$50,000-$70,000 (Depending on Experience) Project Details Full demolition and renovation of an existing fire station Commercial/municipal construction project Approximately 12-month project duration Project scheduled to begin within the next few weeks Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar construction role Commercial construction experience required; renovation experience preferred Experience assisting with project schedules, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software is a plus Ability to work closely with field personnel, subcontractors, and clients in a fast-paced construction environment #VIS
