Position OverviewWe are seeking a restoration industry professional to lead water mitigation and other restoration projects from initial assessment through final delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate crews, develop accurate estimates using Xactimate, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership in fast-moving emergency response environments and the ability to work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to restore properties efficiently and profitably.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, schedule, and supervise restoration projects including water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, etc.
Conduct on-site assessments, document damage, and develop mitigation and remediation plansPrepare detailed scopes, estimates, and change orders using XactimateCoordinate with insurance adjusters, property managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate timely approvals and repairsMonitor project budgets, timelines, equipment and material needs; drive projects to profitable completionRespond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations for expedited disaster responseQualificationsProven experience performing and leading water mitigation and other restoration projectsFamiliarity with XactimateDemonstrated crew leadership experienceExcellent communication and customer service skills; experience working with insurance adjusters and property ownersIICRC certification(s) preferredBenefitsBase Salary ($60K-$65K)CommissionMedical & Dental InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) with MatchCompany VehicleGrowth Opportunities
