Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress. Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Support senior project managers in resolving any project-related challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Facilitate communication between all project participants to ensure alignment. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with construction project management or related roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
