Creative Image Designers is looking for an organized, motivated, and hands-on Project Manager to join our team. As our systems and processes have improved, this role has evolved into more than simply tracking projects. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, communicate effectively with customers and our production team, understand the financial side of a project, and be willing to jump in and help when needed. Responsibilities Manage projects from initial customer request through production, completion, installation, and invoicing. Coordinate apparel, signage, graphics, promotional products, and other customer projects. Create estimates, organize project details, establish timelines, and delegate work to the appropriate team members. Communicate professionally with customers throughout the entire project. Monitor project deadlines, costs, materials, and profitability. Coordinate with vendors and outside partners when necessary. Complete project follow-up and ensure projects are properly invoiced and closed out. Maintain organization across multiple active projects and priorities. Assist with basic bookkeeping, accounting, invoicing, and financial processes as needed. Be willing and able to assist with production, application, signage installation, graphics installation, or other hands-on project work when needed. Identify problems early and help develop practical solutions. Experience or knowledge in the following areas is preferred: Project management Basic bookkeeping or accounting QuickBooks Online Adobe Illustrator Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Sign, graphics, apparel, or print production Signage or vinyl application/installation Customer service and professional phone/email communication Estimating and invoicing Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Strong problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of project costs, margins, invoicing, and accounting Comfortable learning and navigating software and technology Previous leadership or project management experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience The position may begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on experience, performance, and business needs.
