This project manager position will support the Associate Director for Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Med Specialty Service (Call) Centers. Join a Team That Makes a Difference! Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager I - Division Support to provide operational and project management support across the divisions of Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Medical Specialty Service (Call) Centers. This role partners with operational leaders to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate projects, analyze data, develop reports, and support process improvements that advance divisional goals and organizational success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights.
What You'll Do:
Provide operational and project management support through report preparation, data analysis, meeting coordination, and support of division initiatives. Coordinate and oversee projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. Develop project implementation strategies and training plans to support successful rollouts. Research, gather, and compile information to support project planning, analysis, and decision-making. Track project progress, maintain project plans, and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Analyze and present data, metrics, and graphical reports to support operational and strategic initiatives. Assist with the development, tracking, analysis, and reporting of financial, satisfaction, and operational metrics. Review business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document outcomes, and manage follow-up activities. Proactively identify risks, resolve project barriers, and recommend solutions to support successful outcomes
General Requirements:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required, with a Master's degree preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working to provide high level support in an administrative or executive level healthcare environment. Previous experience working with Project Management applications and presenting complex analyses. Technical writing experience required. Experience working in a matrix-managed organization.
