Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager Fusco, Shaffer & Pappas, Inc. is a full-service architectural firm with over 60 years of experience designing housing, healthcare, and mixed-use communities. Recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of the top 20 architecture firms in metro Detroit, we are actively engaged in projects throughout Michigan and across the nation. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the development and delivery of projects from design through construction. This role works directly with Project Managers, Principals, clients, and consultants, ensuring deadlines are met and design intent is carried through every phase. Key Responsibilities

• Undertake the development of project documents guided by the Project Manager, involving coordination with Clients, Contractors, and Municipalities.
• Actively contribute to a team-oriented environment through collaborative participation.
• Foster coordination and collaboration with the Consultant Team on each project. Qualifications
• Professional degree in Architecture, related experience advantages.
• 1-5 years of pertinent work experience.
• Proficient with Design, Development and Construction Documents.
• Required experience with Revit in producing BIM models and Construction Documents.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D rendering programs, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam experience is favorable.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in multi-family housing and healthcare is desirable.
