Detroit, MI or Houston, TX Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale federal construction and infrastructure projects. Ensure full compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS). Oversee project execution from start to closeout across multiple locations. Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring excellence in performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal clients. Lead risk management, contract compliance, and quality assurance efforts. Support federal proposal and bid strategies in collaboration with BD teams. Drive financial performance and ensure project profitability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience in federal project management, including 5+ in senior leadership. Proven success managing design-build and IDIQ contracts. Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal project delivery methods. PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide as needed.
