As a Project Manager/Estimator estimating work, working with customers, and making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Curbco's standards. What You'll Do Estimate landscape projects and assist with developing proposals Communicate directly with customers and build strong customer relationships Assist with landscape design and project planning Operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment if needed Monitor job quality, productivity, safety, and completion Work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve operations Assist with snow removal operations during the winter months What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a job from start to finish. Experience that will make you successful: Landscape or grounds maintenance experience Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members Basic estimating and job-planning experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field Preferred, but not required: CDL Department of Agriculture licenses/certifications Industry certifications Experience with landscape design and estimating Required Licenses A valid chauffeur's license and DOT medical card are required to move equipment and operate company vehicles. Don't have a chauffeur's license yet? That's okay. You'll be required to obtain one within two weeks of your start date. Don't have a DOT medical card? Curbco will pay for your DOT physical and medical card.

The Schedule April-November:

Day-shift hours with core hours generally beginning between 6:00-7:00 AM and ending around 3:00-4:00 PM. Some overtime will be required based on workload and business needs.

December-March:

Winter operations and snow removal. This position participates in an on-call winter schedule, with hours based on weather and snow events. This is a year-round position .
