We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role combines extensive field work with project management, ensuring every restoration project is executed efficiently, documented accurately, and communicated clearly from start to finish. What You'll Do As a Project Coordinator, you'll serve as the connection between our customers, field technicians, and office team—keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Coordinate restoration projects from initial emergency response through completion. Conduct site visits to assess project progress, verify quality, and ensure company standards are being met. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including photos, moisture readings, equipment logs, notes, and daily updates using mobile technology. Monitor drying progress, document equipment placement and performance, and communicate recommendations to leader. Schedule crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects moving efficiently. Communicate proactively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and team members to provide project updates and manage expectations. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner to support insurance claims and billing. Identify potential issues early and develop solutions to minimize delays and keep projects on track. Maintain job files, verify compliance with company procedures, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. Support field technicians by providing direction, answering questions, and ensuring they have the resources needed for success. Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the restoration process. What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Comfortable balancing multiple projects while managing changing priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers, team members, and insurance professionals. Highly proficient with smartphones, tablets, cloud-based software, Microsoft Office, and mobile applications. Quick learner who embraces new technology and process improvements. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or project coordination is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position includes both office and field responsibilities.
