SUMMARY:
- The Manager, Finance Transformation leads strategic finance transformation initiatives across NN, Inc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finance Transformation & Process IMprovement
- Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Financial Systems & Technology
- Partner with Information Technology and business stakeholders to optimize ERP, planning, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
Analyze variances versus plan, forecast, and prior year, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Performance Management & Analytics
- Develop and enhance financial and operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.
- Data Governance & Reporting
- Establish and maintain governance standards for financial data, reporting structures, and business metrics. Ensure consistency and integrity of financial information across systems, processes, and reporting platforms. Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve data accessibility and reporting effectiveness.
- Strategic Initiatives & Business Support
- Support manufacturing footprint optimization, restructuring initiatives, and operational improvement programs.
- Governance, Controls, & Compliance
- Ensure finance transformation initiatives align with internal controls, governance standards, and company policies. Partner with Accounting, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to maintain compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements. Support documentation, training, and continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.
- Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT leadership.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and finance process governance.
EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.
