Full-Time Lead Projects and Deliver Results As a Project Management Lead , you will serve as the primary contact for assigned transportation projects and lead project planning, development, design, and delivery. You will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered successfully while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. What You'll Do Lead project delivery by managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, contracts, and overall project performance. Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, maintaining strong relationships, and proactively addressing project needs and challenges. Lead multidisciplinary project teams, establishing work plans, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and providing technical direction. Manage project financial performance, including budgets, labor needs, invoicing, contract requirements, and changes in scope. Oversee project quality by coordinating technical and quality reviews and ensuring deliverables meet client and applicable engineering standards. Manage project risks and issues, developing solutions to maintain successful project delivery and meet internal and external deadlines. Support business development efforts through client relationships, project opportunities, technical input, and proposal support.What You Bring Education Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.Experience:
8+ years of experience in transportation engineering or a related field. 5+ years of relevant project management experience.Certifications & Licenses:
Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certifications preferred. Strong understanding of transportation design and project development processes. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
