The Role As a Project Manager I , you are the vital link between our clients and laboratory operations. You will own the full project life cycle, ensuring that every client receives quality data, delivered on time with exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Client Experience:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; deliver proactive updates, answer technical inquiries, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Project & Workorder Oversight:
Coordinate incoming client projects; log sample intakes, manage work orders, track turn-around times, and coordinate subcontracting when needed.
Data & Logistics Management:
Follow Chain of Custody (CoC) and QA/QC protocols to ensure complete data integrity from sample receipt to final reporting.
Administrative Operations:
Maintain accurate account records in CRM/LIMS, track project milestones, and assemble final analytical reports and invoices.
Process Evolution:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer communication channels and lab workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3+ years of client service, account coordination, or project administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or MS Office. Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong plus.
Key Traits:
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, excellent written/verbal communication, and an adaptable mindset under deadline pressure.
