Job Description Project Manager Interiors (Detroit, MI)

• What you'll do: Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead consistent owner's coordination and reporting meetings Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance Prioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Agreements Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetings Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan Plan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious and quality handover process MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
