What you'll do As the Manager, Project Steering, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of serial production activities across Scout Motors. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and optimize production planning strategies, drive process improvements, mitigate operational risks, and ensure alignment with program timing, quality, and performance objectives. Through strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and operational excellence, you will help establish scalable planning processes that support stable production launches and long-term manufacturing success. Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Serve as a key leader in the serial scheduling steering team Development and creation of a serial planning control strategy in coordination with adjacent departments Monitor and implement key performance indicators and specifications of various departments Development and control of serial planning control processes using new technologies Maintain and create overall processes and workflows for all departments of serial planning Coordinate all valuation requests and drive the consolidation of the Serial Planning departments Management of the overall concept for risk management within series planning Develop Project Management Team according New Project / Serial Planning activities
