WHY TK DESIGN?
We believe great design starts with great people. Our team is collaborative, energetic, and serious about doing great work—but we also believe you should enjoy the people you work with and have a life outside of work. Since 2004, TK Design has grown into one of the nation's premier residential home design firms, serving builders and homeowners throughout the United States and abroad. Our talented team of 30+ professionals is known for innovative design, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to excellence. Become More Than an Employee—Become an Owner TK Design is proud to be an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. That means every eligible employee has the opportunity to become an owner of the company through our ESOP. As TK grows and succeeds, our employee-owners share in that success by building long-term retirement wealth. When you join TK, you're not simply helping someone else build their future—you'll be helping build your own. At TK Design, you'll find: A Career Path We don't want you doing the same thing five years from now. Our goal is to help you develop into a project manager who can take ownership of projects, work directly with clients and builders, and manage projects independently. Employee ownership through our ESOP means you have a say in the growth of the company. Interesting Work You'll work on custom homes, high-end residential projects, production homes, and other residential projects throughout the U.S. and abroad. Great People You'll work alongside designers, architects, project managers, and other professionals who enjoy collaborating and sharing what they know. Technology That Works We believe technology should make us better, faster, and more efficient. We continually invest in the tools and technology that help our team do great work. Work/Life Balance We believe you can be passionate about your career without sacrificing your life outside of work. A Culture You Actually Want to Be Part Of We work hard, help each other, have fun, and take pride in what we produce.
THE POSITION
As a Revit Specialist / Project Manager , you'll play an important role in developing residential projects from initial design through completion of construction documents. This position is designed for someone who is strong in Revit and wants to take the next step in their career by developing project-management skills and ultimately taking responsibility for projects from beginning to end. You'll work closely with designers, senior project managers, architects, builders, and clients to turn great ideas into accurate, detailed, and buildable homes. As your experience grows, so will your responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Translate design concepts into accurate and detailed construction drawings. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and other consultants. Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality drawings. Can work independently but enjoy being part of a team. Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Are looking for a long-term career opportunity. Experience that would be a plus: Residential drafting Custom home design Construction documentation Residential framing and construction Residential building codes Working directly with builders or contractors Experience coordinating consultants Experience managing projects Experience communicating directly with clients
