Senior Project Manager

1st Choice Companies is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager. This role will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with project teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving project success and profitability. Lead project execution, aligning with 1st Choice Companies vision Manage multiple projects, achieving success weekly Prioritize safety for team and clients, to standards Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines Develop trade relationships and maintain rapport Manage subcontractors and project teams effectively Oversee project budgets, job costing, and profitability Manage client communication and expectations throughout project lifecycle Handle change orders, approvals, and scope adjustments Ensure quality control and project standards are met Resolve issues effectively - healthy, functional, cohesive teams Simplify, delegate and elevate project processes Effectively collaborate with the owner and operations for company growth Ensure a high level of effective communication Dedicated to maintaining a continuous improvement organization Proficient in technology - email, spreadsheets, project management software

Required:

Construction or building trades experience, project management experience
