Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead high-impact engineering and manufacturing projects from kickoff through completion. Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initial planning through final delivery
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and operations
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, risks, and costs to ensure successful execution
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership and customers
  • Drive problem-solving efforts and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track
  • Manage change orders, documentation, and contract requirements
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded through proactive communication and execution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, automation, engineering, or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
  • PMP certification is a plus
Preferred Background:
  • Custom machinery, automation, tooling, or capital equipment experience
  • Experience working with engineering-driven manufacturing environments
