Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic school environment. This onsite contract role serves students ranging from PreK through 12th grade. The positions offer the flexibility to tailor your own schedule within the school day, while maintaining the independent, comprehensive service delivery required in educational settings.
Key Qualifications:
Active Michigan SLP license required; please include a screenshot of your current license status with your application (License verification link provided below) SLP-CCC credential required Experience with school-based speech and language pathology preferred Able to work independently and manage a diverse caseload from PreK to 12th grade Comfortable delivering services in both elementary and middle school settings Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete all aspects of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position independently Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student support Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide services across varying grade levels as assigned
