Project Manager
- Hyperscale Data Center (Owner's Representative)

Competitive Hourly Rate + Per Diem Overview We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support one of the largest hyperscale data center developments in the country. This role sits directly on the owner's side and provides the opportunity to oversee critical project functions throughout the lifecycle of a large-scale mission-critical construction project. The ideal candidate will bring experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, large commercial construction, industrial projects, or related infrastructure environments. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals while helping drive the successful delivery of a transformative technology infrastructure project. Responsibilities Represent the owner throughout all phases of project execution. Provide oversight of assigned project scope, discipline, or functional area. Coordinate with general contractors, trade partners, consultants, and stakeholders. Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall performance. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution. Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams. Track project progress and ensure alignment with project objectives. Support construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities. Maintain a strong focus on quality, operational readiness, and successful project delivery. Qualifications Experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects. Strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and stakeholder coordination. Ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, risks, and project deliverables. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Data center or mission-critical experience is highly preferred but not required. Why Join This Project? Owner-side project management role.
