Role Overview:
A Project Manger Lead will continue as a working Project Manger (described below) on limited OEM and/or Revamp projects but will also support and assist designated Project Managers to navigate PM processes, project concerns and general day to day, project execution activities. The PM performs project & process engineering, generates & maintains the schedule, forecasts & maintains all costs & scope changes. Manages all communication with the Customer. The PM develops mechanical scopes of work and requisitions mechanical equipment and subcontractors. Works closely with the Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Manufacturing, Field Operations and Service departments to ensure successful project completion. Some travel is required, potentially overseas.
