We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join our Industrial Electrical Group. This individual will play a key leadership role in both preconstruction and project execution by developing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets and schedules, coordinating project resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and commercial electrical construction, estimating, project management, and client relationship management. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from conceptual budgeting and estimating through construction and project closeout.
Responsibilities:
Manage industrial electrical projects from award through completion and closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans.
Coordinate activities between clients, contractors, suppliers, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare complete and accurate estimates by reviewing project drawings, specifications, bid documents, and customer requirements.
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Electrical Project Management and Estimating experienceExperience managing industrial and commercial electrical construction projectsStrong understanding of industrial electrical systems, construction practices, project controls, and budgeting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and construction documents.
Experience using estimating software such as: Accubid, McCormick, Bluebeam, or similar estimating platformsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
