Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced, organized, accountable Project Coordinator / Field Operations Coordinator to help manage multiple active construction and property-improvement projects.
This is a key leadership position for someone who understands field operations and can keep crews, materials, equipment, subcontractors, customers, and schedules organized.
Construction, excavation, landscaping, hardscaping, marine/seawall, or general contracting experiencePrior foreman, superintendent, project coordinator, or project management experienceStrong leadership skillsComfortable holding employees accountableExcellent organization and communicationComfortable using smartphones, Jobber, photos, texts, email, and digital documentationValid driver's licenseDependable and professional
This is a key leadership position for someone who understands field operations and can keep crews, materials, equipment, subcontractors, customers, and schedules organized.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate approximately 3-5 active projects at a timeReview upcoming work and prepare daily/weekly production plansCoordinate crews, Project Leads, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsConfirm jobs are ready before crews are dispatchedMaintain communication with customers throughout productionVisit jobsites and help solve field problemsHold Project Leads accountable for quality, production, documentation, and clean-upVerify Jobber notes, photos, measurements, and project updates are completeHelp coordinate material purchasing and deliveriesIdentify delays or problems before they become emergenciesPlan the following workday before the current day endsWork closely with the owner and office teamIdeal candidate:Construction, excavation, landscaping, hardscaping, marine/seawall, or general contracting experiencePrior foreman, superintendent, project coordinator, or project management experienceStrong leadership skillsComfortable holding employees accountableExcellent organization and communicationComfortable using smartphones, Jobber, photos, texts, email, and digital documentationValid driver's licenseDependable and professional
