- What You'll Be Responsible For Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish Build and maintain project schedules Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins Act as the main point of contact between field teams and builders What Success Looks Like Projects completed on time and on budget Clear, proactive communication Well-coordinated jobs Strong alignment between field, office, and scheduling What We're Looking For Experience in construction project management (HVAC/plumbing preferred) Strong scheduling and coordination skills Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication with both field teams and clients Experience with construction software (ServiceTitan is a plus) A bit about us:•Our client is a plumbing and HVAC company serving the five county area in Northern Michigan since 2000.
