Full Job Description Job Summary:
Encompass Cleanrooms designs, builds and services modular cleanrooms across the country. We are experiencing rapid growth and looking to add another Project Manager to our team. In this role you will be working with all project stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Customers, Vendors, Architects and Subcontractors to deliver projects on time, on budget and with 100% customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction from pre-construction through completion. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, materials, and subcontractor needs. Manage and track project progress, costs, and deadlines using appropriate tools and software. Lead project meetings, ensure clear communication among stakeholders, and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise. Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials. Ensure quality control and adherence to design and specification standards. Prepare and present progress reports and documentation to stakeholders and senior management. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Occasional travel (10%) for job site visits.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record of managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Prior experience with CAD and Microsoft Office. Experience developing RFI's, submittals and weekly progress reports. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues on the fly. Special consideration for candidates with prior project management experience in cleanroom construction, HVAC construction or modular office construction.
