Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively. Manage project budgets meticulously, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs through proactive management strategies. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings using Civil 3D or equivalent tools to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and workflow throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor construction site activities daily to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar platforms for documentation, reporting, and project tracking purposes. Lead project teams effectively by managing resources, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving project goals. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards while maintaining thorough documentation for audits and inspections. Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on schedule status, budget health, and potential risks or issues. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work. Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or equivalent software suites. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Schematics software, and Construction plans review. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills. Deep understanding of construction estimating processes and cost management strategies. Hands-on experience working on active construction sites with a solid grasp of safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Familiarity with construction regulations applicable to infrastructure projects including permitting processes and environmental considerations. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
