Job Description

Assistant Project Coordinator Charter House Innovations (CHi) is a leading design firm and manufacturer of seating and décor for the quick-service restaurant industry. We are looking for a motivated and organizedAssistant Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. Position Overview The Assistant Project Coordinatorworks closely with Project Managers to help coordinate projects from the initial design stage through manufacturing and installation. This position serves as an important liaison between our outside sales team, customers, contractors, Project Managers, and various departments within CHi to help ensure projects stay organized and on track. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with coordinating projects from design through manufacturing and installation Communicate with customers, contractors, outside sales representatives, and internal departments Help track project details, schedules, and deliverables Assist with coordinating sales and project-related activities Prepare reports and information requested by management Process customer service-related orders and requests Provide general administrative and project support as needed Help identify and resolve issues to keep projects moving forward Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent problem-solving and follow-through abilities The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 A professional, customer-focused approach with a The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered. Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
