Looking for a Project Manager for a long-term contract based in Avon, MN. Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and communications projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay on track.
- Partner with internal communications, external communications, and creative teams to align messaging, workflows, and production schedules.
- Manage project plans in Asana, tracking deadlines, dependencies, ownership, and overall progress across multiple initiatives.
- Drive day-to-day project execution by coordinating timelines, facilitating follow-ups, and proactively removing roadblocks.
- Support the development and deployment of marketing content, email campaigns, and communication materials for key business initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones and provide clear, timely status updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Coordinate marketing support for events, including planning, asset management, and deadline management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance team efficiency. Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Asana and Microsoft Office for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content development, and email communications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, marketing, and communications teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus.
- Corporate marketing or communications experience preferred.
