Job Description Support Project Managers through all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Assist with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Coordinate between office teams, field staff, and clients to help keep projects on schedule. Support site visits, project meetings, and reporting activities as needed. Utilize construction management software to track progress, documentation, and communication across projects. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of experience with a general contractor, ideally within commercial construction. Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Comfortable working in a team-focused environment with long-term growth into a Project Manager role. Strong communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Self-perform experience is a plus but not required. Degree preferred, but not a requirement.
